In the interest of sustainability, we source our items from estate sales, consignment shops, other weddings etc. We also offer credit for your next event when you bring in items from your past special occasions. If we have a need for the item, we will offer a credit value equal to what we would rent the item for.

Why Rent?

About the Owner

New to the Eugene area but an Oregonian for the last 17 years. Originally from Wyoming, I moved to Ashland for college and loved Oregon so much, I never left! I have a background in hospitality and tourism, and a love for planning events and hosting parties.

After getting married in 2019 and seeing the amazing rental options in Southern Oregon, I wanted to bring a similar vibe to Eugene, Veneta, Coburg and surrounding area.

I look forward to making some deep lasting connections in this community and can't wait to be a part of your special day.

How do I rent event decor from Upcycled Collective ?

Renting event décor from us is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our wide selection of event décor items, including centerpieces, signage, and more. Once you've chosen the items that match your event's style and theme, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Your order is available for pick up the Thursday prior to your event. After your event, simply pack the items back into their original packaging and return to us the following Monday.
What's your cleaning policy?

All items must be returned in the condition that they were received; free of any greasy fingerprints, wax, flower debris, food and beverage residue, chalk, tape, etc. All items in our inventory are unique, hard to find, vintage, or handmade, so please take care of them. Do your best to package all items back in original boxes and packaging.
Is it possible to view the event decor items in person before renting them?

Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom and see the decor up close. This is a great opportunity to get a better sense of how the items will look at your event and discuss any questions or customization options with our staff. Our showroom visits are by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance.
